Land of Legends Raceway celebrated its annual awards banquet at Legott's Club 86 in Geneva, NY, honoring the 2024 season champions and special award recipients.

Mat Williamson (Modifieds), Zach Sobotka (Sportsman), Bobby Parrow (305 Sprint Cars), Jimmy Grant (Street Stocks), and Marc Minutolo (Hobby Stocks) were crowned division champions.

Key Highlights:

  • Williamson earned his first Modified title
  • Sobotka captured his third consecutive Sportsman championship
  • Parrow won his first-ever points crown at age 56
  • Grant secured his second straight Street Stock title
  • Minutolo claimed back-to-back Hobby Stock championships

Track promoter Paul Cole announced no price increases for 2025, with pit passes remaining at $40 and general admission at $15 ($13 for seniors, kids under 16 free with paid adult). The 2025 season will feature special events including Super DIRTcar Series shows, DIRTcar Sportsman Series dates, and three CRSA Sprint appearances.

  • Sportsmanship Awards: Dalton Martin and Alan Buchanan
  • Rookies of the Year: Nick Ventura (Sportsman) and Cameron Moss (305 Sprint Cars)
  • Best Appearing Cars: MCS Motorsports/Alan Johnson (Modified), Peter Britten, Mike Welch, Justin Jacoby

The 2025 season opens with practice on April 26, followed by the first race on May 3 featuring the rescheduled Top Gun Shootout for Street Stocks alongside the regular racing program.

Land of Legends TV continues to grow, averaging over 10,000 viewers in 2024 through free streaming and DIRTVision simulcasts. Track improvements included new guardrail installation and drainage upgrades, resulting in 50% fewer caution flags during the season.
