A&D Narigi, LLC has successfully managed the facility since 2020, returning operations to profitability and overseeing significant improvements, including a new racing surface and the Mission Foods Bridge. All existing employees will be retained under the Friends of Laguna Seca management.
John Narigi, president of A&D Narigi Consulting, expressed pride in his team's achievements over the past five years. The decision to terminate the agreement was made to facilitate Friends of Laguna Seca's long-term vision for the facility.
Previously announced in April, Friends of Laguna Seca will implement a comprehensive master plan focused on:
- Enhancing fan experiences
- Elevating the raceway and park facilities
- Preserving the venue's historic character
The non-profit organization's management of the Laguna Seca Recreation Area and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca represents a new chapter in the facility's development while maintaining its racing heritage.
