The IndyCar Benevolent Foundation (IBF), formerly known as CARA and IFF, has relaunched with a new leadership team and online donation platform to support members of the IndyCar paddock during emergencies.

Led by Beth Boles and Liz Power, alongside a new board of directors, the IBF continues the legacy of providing crucial financial assistance to IndyCar community members facing unexpected hardships. The foundation helps with various urgent needs, including medical expenses, funeral costs, vehicle repairs, and natural disaster recovery.

The organization serves as a safety net for the entire IndyCar community, including:

• Independent contractors
• Part-time staff
• Drivers
• Mechanics
• PR professionals
• Volunteers
• Media personnel
• Hospitality workers

"We're here to help everyone in IndyCar in their time of need, to the best of our ability," says Beth Boles, highlighting the foundation's commitment to supporting the racing community through challenging times.

The IBF operates as an independent 501(c)(3) organization, with donations coming from both within and outside the IndyCar community. A thorough vetting process ensures funds are distributed appropriately to those in need.
