This first-of-its-kind automotive commerce solution leverages Carwow's first-party data from over 1.3 million active car buyers, securely matching it with ITVX's registered users. This enables precise targeting and measurement of post-ad exposure metrics, including website traffic, car configurations, and sales.

Key Features of Auto Match:

  • Powered by Carwow's extensive user data from active car researchers
  • Precise audience targeting through ITV's data infrastructure
  • Reaches 7.3M unique users monthly
  • Responsible for 10% of UK's retail new car sales
  • Delivered 600 global campaigns in 2024
  • 67% year-on-year growth in UK media revenue
  • Partnerships with 45 OEMs

The beta launch targets key automotive segments with select advertisers, building on the success of other Planet V solutions like Retail Match. This partnership represents Carwow's first offsite commerce media offering, expanding their data-driven advertising capabilities beyond their platform.

This initiative complements existing Planet V solutions, including partnerships with Tesco's Clubcard and Boots' Advantage Card databases, enhancing advertisers' ability to target specific audiences and measure campaign effectiveness.

Through this collaboration, automotive advertisers can now reach potential buyers while they watch their favorite TV programs, creating a more integrated and effective advertising approach in the automotive sector.
