Juncos Hollinger Racing Strengthens Leadership with Phillips and Edwards Appointments
Juncos Hollinger Racing (JHR) has strengthened its NTT IndyCar Series program with key leadership appointments, adding experienced race car designer Will Phillips as head of trackside engineering and promoting Tom Edwards to team manager.
Phillips, who previously oversaw the development of the Dallara DW12 chassis at IndyCar, brings significant technical expertise to the team. "Joining Juncos Hollinger Racing is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team that is committed to excellence and innovation," Phillips stated.

Edwards, who joined JHR during the Carlin Racing equipment acquisition, will now serve as team manager reporting to team principal Dave O'Neill. "There is boundless potential for growth and success in the years ahead, as I've seen firsthand during my nearly decade-long journey with JHR," Edwards commented.

Team principal Dave O'Neill expressed enthusiasm about the appointments: "Will's technical expertise and leadership in engineering are second to none, and Tom's deep understanding of the team's operations makes him the ideal candidate to guide us forward as team manager."
These appointments follow the recent addition of David Brown as JHR's technical director. While Sting Ray Robb is confirmed for JHR's second entry, the team's primary car position remains unfilled for the upcoming season.
