Kaulig Racing announced major personnel changes for its NASCAR Cup Series teams, appointing new crew chiefs and technical leadership for the 2025 season.

Trent Owens will reunite with AJ Allmendinger, transitioning from his 2024 role with Daniel Hemric's No. 31 team. This move coincides with Allmendinger's full-time return to the Cup Series.

Mike Cook joins as technical director, bringing expertise from his lead engineer position at Stewart-Haas Racing. Cook expressed confidence in the team's potential, highlighting Dickeson's stability as an asset for Dillon and the strong working relationship between Allmendinger and Owens.

"I think this is the most impressive competition leadership group we have ever had," said Kaulig Racing president Chris Rice, emphasizing how fresh perspectives will enhance their on-track performance.

Cook added that while success takes time, the team has the necessary tools and support for immediate impact, predicting strong performances from both drivers in 2025.
