Kyle Larson Claims Third Chili Bowl Victory in Dominant Wire-to-Wire Performance
Kyle Larson claimed his third Chili Bowl victory at the 39th annual Chili Bowl Nationals powered by NOS Energy Drink, leading from start to finish in the Paul Silva-owned HendrickCars.com/FloRacing No. 1k.

The victory came after significant improvements to the Midget car since 2022, with Silva's hard work paying off in a dominant performance. Starting from pole position, Larson faced early pressure from Landon Brooks and later Daison Pursley, who moved into second place on lap 13.
A dramatic moment occurred when Larson nearly crashed after ramping over Brenham Crouch's left front in traffic, but his car fortunately refired after landing. Larson utilized multiple racing lines, including running close to the wall, to maintain his lead over Pursley throughout the 40-lap feature.
The race's final moments saw increased tension after a torn frontstretch banner caused a late caution, just as Larson had scraped the wall. In the sprint to the finish, Larson held off a charging Pursley, securing victory by 0.365 seconds.
Shane Golobic advanced from eighth to finish third, followed by Ryan Bernal in fourth after starting ninth, with Landon Brooks rounding out the top five.
