This new partnership brings together Goikhberg, who achieved fifth-place finishes in the previous two seasons with Loris Spinelli, and Farnbacher, a two-time GTD champion who recently competed in a partial program with Heart of Racing. While the pair have been teammates before, this marks their first collaboration as co-drivers.
After his initial test with the team, Farnbacher expressed optimism about the new challenge: "We made good progress and are getting to know each other as a new team. We have a strong package for the upcoming season."
In a related development, NASCAR driver Parker Kligerman will join the team for the Daytona race through a partnership with Big Machine Racing. The team's third driver for Daytona and other Michelin Endurance Cup races remains unannounced.
The team's recent success includes four podiums in the past two seasons, highlighted by a victory at Motul Petit Le Mans in 2023 with Patrick Liddy. Michael Harvey, Forte Racing GTD Program Manager, aims to build on these achievements as they pursue championship contention.
The new driver pairing will make their official debut at the Roar Before the 24 on January 17-19, followed by the 63rd Rolex 24 at Daytona.
