JDC-Miller's No. 85 Porsche 963 secured second place, with Gianmaria Bruni posting a 1m45.879s in the "Banana Boat" during its brief eight-lap run. The Whelen Cadillac No. 31 rounded out the top three with Jack Aitken's 1m46.240s lap, despite a right-rear puncture incident involving Felipe Drugovich.
In LMP2, United Autosports USA dominated with Paul Di Resta's No. 22 ORECA setting the fastest time of 1m49.870s, followed by TDS Racing's No. 11 and United's No. 2 completing the top three.
GTD class saw Inception Racing's No. 70 Ferrari leading with Ollie Millroy's 1m57.033s lap, while Forte's Lamborghini took second. The GTD Pro class-leading No. 3 Corvette finished sixth in the combined ranking.
Multiple red flags interrupted the session, including incidents involving the No. 5 Proton Porsche and No. 22 United ORECA. Heavy rain ultimately ended the session 3.5 minutes early, with teams awaiting updates on the final Roar session's schedule due to weather delays.
Neel Jani noted Turn 1's particular challenge in wet conditions, stating, "as you cross the rubbered line it gets very slippery. That's why you saw a lot of cars locking up under braking."
