Radical Motorsport Hits Historic 3,000-Car Milestone on 28th Anniversary

The milestone vehicle, an SR3 model, features unique bronze detailing including a specially powder-coated chassis, matching wheels, and commemorative decals. It has been delivered to John Hewitt, a long-term customer and Radical Cup UK racer.
Since its founding in 1997, Radical Motorsport has expanded globally with over 30 dealers across 20 countries, supporting 14 single-make championship series worldwide. The company's first model, the 1100 Clubsport, debuted at Brands Hatch in April 1997, quickly gathering enough following to establish full racing grids within two years.
Despite challenges in the UK automotive sector, Radical has maintained profitability through focused niche market strategy and strong customer engagement. Chief Commercial Officer Dan Redpath attributes this success to the company's dedication to producing world-class race cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The coinciding of the 3,000th car milestone with Radical's 28th anniversary on January 28th, 2025, particularly resonates as the vehicle remains in the UK, reinforcing the manufacturer's strong connection to its domestic racing community.
