
Super DIRTcar Series Championship Season Launches at New Egypt Speedway
The Super DIRTcar Series kicks off its 2025 championship season with three exciting races across New Jersey and New York, bringing the thunderous action of Big Block Modified racing to fans across the Northeast.

- 16th Series race at the 7/16-mile track

Thunder in the Thousand Islands at Can-Am Speedway (April 12)
- 25 races held with 17 different winners
- Mat Williamson won the last Series race here in September 2024
- Tim Fuller, 4-time track champion, seeks redemption after leading most of 2024's event
- Known as the "Nasty Track of the North"
60th Anniversary Celebration at Albany-Saratoga Speedway (April 18)
- First-ever April race at the "Great Race Place"
- Opening night coincides with track's 60th anniversary celebration
- 24 Series races with 18 different winners
- Stewart Friesen holds record with 4 wins
- Mat Williamson swept both 2024 events
- Notable for launching first-time Series winners, including Demetrios Drellos, Anthony Perrego, Mike Mahaney and Chris Hile
