Wright Motorsports retains Adelson and Skeer for 2025 IMSA WeatherTech Championship

Adam Adelson and Elliott Skeer will continue their partnership with Wright Motorsports for the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, piloting the No. 120 Porsche 911 GT3 R. The duo aims to build on their successful rookie season, which included three podium finishes and a victory at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The team will expand its driver lineup for endurance events, with Australian Tom Sargent joining for the Michelin Endurance Cup races. Turkish racer Ayhancan Güven will complete the roster specifically for the Rolex 24 At Daytona.

Adelson and Skeer enter their second season with increased confidence, having claimed the Fanatec GT World Challenge America Pro title in 2024. This campaign marks Wright Motorsports' 25th anniversary year in competition.

Tom Sargent brings extensive experience from karting, Formula Ford, and success in both Porsche Carrera Cup North America and GT World Challenge America. Ayhancan Güven, a former Porsche Junior driver, joins with impressive credentials including championships in Porsche Carrera Cup France, GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux, and Asian Le Mans Series.

Team owner John Wright expressed confidence in the driver lineup, highlighting Adelson and Skeer's remarkable growth during their debut season and their proven ability to compete at the highest level in the GTD class.
