Young Racer Conner Morrell Set for World of Outlaws Rookie Season with Rose Racing
Conner Morrell, a 20-year-old sprint car driver from Bradenton, FL, has joined Bill Rose Racing for his rookie season with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars in 2025. He will pilot the No. 28 car, becoming the seventh rookie in this year's class and bringing the total full-time competitors to 15.

Morrell joins Zach Hampton, who drives the No. 6 car, as Bill Rose Racing expands to a two-car operation for the World of Outlaws tour. The deal came together late in the off-season, fulfilling Morrell's longtime dream of becoming an Outlaw.
The young driver has built his experience competing primarily in Ohio and western Pennsylvania, with notable victories at Butler Speedway (Michigan) and Lernerville Speedway (Pennsylvania). He also completed the full All Star Circuit of Champions tour in 2023.
While acknowledging the challenges ahead competing against "the best of the best," Morrell believes his experience with the All Stars tour will help his transition. The opportunity arose unexpectedly after the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals, where he initially wasn't planning on running full-time.
