For the 2025 season, Iron Dames will partner with:

  • Team Manthey for WEC (Gatting, Bovy, and Martin)
  • Proton Competition for other series (Gatting, Bovy, and Frey in Michelin Endurance Cup)

The partnership aims to create a comprehensive development pathway for female racers, connecting:

  • National Porsche one-make cup programs
  • Porsche Motorsport Junior Program
  • Iron Dames Young Talents initiative

Iron Dames, founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, made history as the first all-female team to win a FIA World Endurance Championship race. Their victory in the 2023 GTE-Am season finale at Bahrain demonstrated the team's capabilities in high-level competition.

Thomas Laudenbach, Vice President Porsche Motorsport, emphasized the partnership's focus on equal opportunities and diversity in motorsport, while Deborah Mayer highlighted the collaboration's potential to inspire the next generation of female racers under the "Every Dream Matters" movement.
