The award-winning campaign, developed by BRANDed Management and Day One Agency, excelled in two categories:

  • Experience/Activation
  • Fan Engagement

The "Indy 500 Lip Oil Change Campaign" featured innovative on-site activations at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and a comprehensive digital media strategy. The initiative focused on engaging female fans while promoting women's participation in motorsports.

"The e.l.f. Cosmetics collaboration was by far and away the most meaningful partnership I have ever seen in racing from a female perspective," said Katherine Legge. "I am beyond proud to represent a brand that cares so much about the same things that I do, and am very much looking forward to doing more great and meaningful things with them to change the landscape of racing."

This partnership represents a significant milestone in IndyCar's efforts to diversify its fanbase and promote inclusivity in motorsports. The awards were presented at the annual ceremony in New York on December 5, 2024.
